Description
The Winchester Quicksilver 31 compound bow is the diminutive partner of the two Quicksilvers released by Winchester for the 2012 season. The bow uses its size to great advantage to produce an IBO rating speed of 335 fps and does so with a brace height of 7.25". The bow has many of the same features that the 34 boasts which can be seen below. The bow is powered by the Accu-Speed Technology cam system which is a 2 track system that allows synchronization between one came and the other. This efficiently gets the most out of the lightweight split limbs that are capable of plenty of stored energy.
The compression forged aluminum riser plays a dual role of enabling maximum strength while weighing as little as possible. All components throughout the bow are made from stainless steel keeping the dedication to quality standard in every aspect of the bow.
The larger brace height of this bow means that it is slightly slower than its partner but that doesn't mean it's a slow-coach. This is a hunting bow that is going to generate significant stopping power. Vibration control starts with the adjustable “Sudden Stop” String Dampener and this is complemented by the Speedsters placed on the string which not only acts as a string dampener but also adds to the potential speed of the bow.
