    here is a vintage extra heavy duty WALLACE COMPANY AKRON, OHIO Drop Forged load binder with very large no. 8 4 1/2" long chain hooks attached to 3" x 1 3/4" x 1/2" chain links. handle is 18 1/2" long. one lever is 13" to end of hook and the shorter one is 10" long to end of hook. hooks are 4 1/2" long x 3" wide x 5/8" thick and each is marked "drop forged" in the hooks along with "no. 8" all parts move freely and this vintage load binder has light outside oxidation that could possibly be cleaned up better. the handle has "WALLACE FORGE CO. one one side and "AKRON OHIO PA 9? on the opposite side. weighs approximately 7-10lbs. please view all pics and read full item condition.
