The seller is Economic Equipment Locator (EEL) in Phoenix, AZ.

EEL requires full payment within 3 business days after end of auction or selecting "Buy it Now".  Bidder must pay balance and schedule freight shipping.
If payment and freight have not been completed within 3 business days, EEL reserves the right to cancel transaction and relist the item or contact the next highest bidder.
If customer completes payment, but customer does not set up freight or make contact with EEL, customer automatically forfeits the item.  EEL reserve the right to keep the item and the amount paid in full, without a refund, and relist the item.
If more than 3 days are needed to schedule freight, the customer must obtain approval.  Customer must be responsible for additional storage fees.  Current rate of storage is a day.
REMEMBER, WHEN A CUSTOMER BIDS OR CHOOSES "BUY IT NOW" YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO BUY.

FREIGHT IS SHIPPED COMMON CARRIER ON 53’ TRUCKS, ALL SHIPPING QUOTES, UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE, ARE A DOCK TO DOCK (BUSINESS TO BUSINESS) RATE  (NON-RESIDENTIAL) AND A ONE TIME RATE. THIS MEANS THE BUYER MUST HAVE THE ABILITY AND EQUIPMENT TO UNLOAD THE FREIGHT AND IF THE DRIVER IS UNABLE TO UNLOAD, AND MUST RETURN THE ITEM IN QUESTION, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST.  ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS OVER AND ABOVE THE QUOTED RATE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND WILL BE BILLED ACCORDINGLY. ALL LIFT GATE DELIVERIES, FOR HOME (NON-BUSINESS) DELIVERIES,  IF WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS PERMITS, ARE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST TO THE BUYER.

Installation
EEL does not advise customers on wiring or LP/Natural Gas connections and installations.  It is strongly advised all generator wiring and hookups be done by qualified electricians, gas companies or experienced generator techs.  Due to the different electrical requirement of buyers, EEL does not consult on generator installation, wiring, trouble shooting, gas regulators, pressures, etc.
Units not hooked up correctly can cause serious damage to the equipment and/or bodily injury to the installing person and is at both the discretion and responsibility of the buyer.  All installations, start-ups, wiring, modifications made, etc., on all equipment are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Customer Support
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations.
Under certain circumstances, EEL may make an exception and allow a return, cancellation, or approve a refund.  However, a restocking fee of 20% of the total price may apply.
If the customer refuses a shipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee.  No exceptions will be made unless an agreement is reached between EEL and the customer prior to time of delivery.
If you are refusing an item, please notify us so we may credit your account minus restocking fees and freight immediately.
SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY/ALL DAMAGES/LOSSES OF ANY TYPE.
IF MANUALS ARE INCLUDED, IT WILL BE NOTED IN THE LISTING.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
