Perkins Brailler by David Abraham

Perkins Brailler by David Abraham. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  I found this unit at a thrift shop and really don't know much about it's  history.  What i do know is when i push the buttons it creates a little bubble in the paper.  I do not know if it is fully operational.  If you are interested in the item and know how to use it email me and tell me what buttons to push and what they should do, and i will let you know what happens.  The paper does roll in and out as you turn the rollers on the side of the upper part.
I have 2 more similar braillers as well, but this is the only 1 that i know it is somewhat functional.
