If you want to get that much closer to the gates and reduce your time by a few hundredths of a second, then you need to get yourself some Komperdell World Cup Shinguards. These things are burly and slick and are ready to take your racing game to the next level. With an approximate 16-inch length, these guards will get from your knees all the way down to the boot tops for a seamless amount of protection. The purpose of the shinguard has a couple of applications. First and foremost, a protective piece of gear should do just that: protect. The hard thermo-plastic is backed with a thick foam padded interior, giving the shinguard the necessary strength as well as softness to absorb impact and not let it slow you down. Most effective when used in a slalom format where you really have to get in there and get those gates out of the way, the Komperdell World Cup Shinguard also allows you to take a straighter, more direct, and aggressive line through the gates. The straighter the line, the faster the time, so not only do these Komperdell shinguards protect your knees and lower legs from hard impacts, but they also allow you to go faster with more confidence. If you don't think you're going to get hurt, you're a lot more likely to be able to increase your tempo and speed through the course, making it a performance and confidence-boosting piece of gear-one which all racers should have.

*Returned skis that have been mounted are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. If you are unsure about keeping the skis or your boot size we recommend shipping the skis & bindings unmounted.
Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
