Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless there was a Mytee Products error involved, such as wrong item shipped. Returned goods must be in like-new condition and in the original packaging.
15% Restocking fees applicable. Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. If you believe there was any damage during transit, any missing or incorrect items, please report it within 1 Business Day of receipt. We cannot accept late reports of products damaged within transit.

Ever since we started out in 2004 in the heart of the Amish Country (Wooster, Ohio); we have made a commitment to do right by the trucking community.
